Bottled in Mexico, this Añejo is aged from eighteen to thirty-six months is acheive its golden color and smooth taste. On the nose is caramel with hints of sweet fruit and light oak. The taste is soft, medium-to-full bodied with caramel at first but also with notes of grilled tropical fruits and brown spices. The finish is medium bodied and lightly sweet agave fruit, making this a good pair for lamb and rabbit.
